Since I started this blog in November of 2011, I decided to go back and review the “happenings” in our lives over the last year or so to catch up. The posts that follow will be my catch up posts and then I can continue with K & J’s Amazing Adventure as we spring into 2012!

This post is dedicated to sweet Emily Porter, daughter of our wonderful, amazing friends, John and Priscilla Porter. Emily lost her long battle with breast cancer this last October.
John and I remember Em when she was a twinkly eyed little toddler when we first met them at “The Chapel of the Cascades” in Bend, Oregon in 1976. Emily is no longer with us on this earth, but we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that we shall see her again!
